The reason why this project is extremely dear to us is also because instead of being an outside UX consultant we are involved in this project as a stakeholder. Scoryboard a product of Pitch Invasion, is an outcome of a longer term collaboration through which we would be involved in creating Cricket reporting products based on the user centered design process. An ongoing initiative we are researching the space of Cricket and in general sports content consumption on digital platforms. The idea is to use the insights to drive product innovation and reinvent the manner in which sports related news are reported. Qualitative user research techniques such as Rapid ethnography and Depth interviews were used on this project to elicit user expectations, behaviour patterns and emotional triggers.
